Warning tags, Item 1, Appendix C
Unplug electrical cord from receptacle.
a.
Remove hexagon capscrew (14) and spacer (15).
b.
c. Remove gauge plate assembly (1).
Remove machine screw (13), cap (12), and dial assembly (11).
d.
Remove roll pin (9) and meat slicer index disc (10).
e.
Remove nut (8) and belleville washer (7).
f.
Remove set screw (6) and eccentric bashing (5).
g.
Remove roll pin (2), index assembly worm (3), and nut (4).
h.
Remove self-tapping screw (16), index gear assembly (17), and roller (18).
i.
Remove slide rod and spacer assembly (19).
l.
Repair at this level of maintenance is by replacement of the gauge plate and
slide rod assembly (20).
