3-19. Replace Circulation Heater. (Figure 3-14)

Tool kit, general mechanic's,
Electric power to lube oil purifier
heater turned OFF at P205
Tool kit, electrician's,
power/lighting panel and tagged "Out
of Service - Do Not Operate."
Suction and discharge valves closed and
tagged "Out of Service - Do Not
Materials/Parts
Operate."
Circulation heater P/N 9131-1235-009
Warning tags, Item 1, Appendix C
REMOVAL
a. Remove four screws (6).
b. Separate and position covers (5) with thermostat control circuit leads (7) clear of opening to junction
box (4).
c. Tag and disconnect electrical wiring at junction box.
d. Disconnect fittings (3) from junction box.
e. Remove input voltage line.
f. Install thermostat control circuit leads and cover.
g. Install four screws (6) and secure junction box cover.
h. Disconnect piping from heater (8) at unions (1).
i. Remove four machine screws (2).
j. Remove circulation heater.
REPLACEMENT
a. Position circulation heater (8).
b. Install four machine screws (2) and secure heater to support bracket.
c. Connect piping to heater at unions (1).
