NOTE

Level sight indicators VLI-86501-7,-20 and -44 are identical in purpose and

function. The following procedures are compatible for each side mounted indicator

listed above.

REMOVAL

a. Remove flange mounting hardware and remove casing assembly (1) from tank.

b. Remove flange gaskets.

c. Remove pipe plug (13) and drain residual liquid from casing assembly (1). Retain pipe plug for

assembly.
