Check pipe connections. Tighten as required.

Insufficient refrigerant flow through thermal expansion valves.
Adjust expansion valves and check refrigerant charge. Add refrigerant, if required.
Step 2.
Clogged liquid line strainer.
Pump down, remove and clean strainer.
