CHANGE THE HYDRAULIC FLUID.
This should be done by first
operating the hydraulic system until
the hydraulic fluid is warm. Then
stop the pump unit and remove drain
plug (4) located beneath the
hydraulic reservoir (1). Drain the
hydraulic fluid into a suitable
container.
NOTE
Do not drain oil into bilges.
Use the oil separation and
recovery system to collect
drained oil.
Remove the access plate (5) and
clean sump with a clean cloth.
Remove hydraulic strainer (6) and
clean with diesel oil. Reinstall
hydraulic strainer (6) and access
plate (5).

*Change hydraulic fluid after the first month of operation and once a year for hard continuous service or
every two years with light service.
