housing (7). Install governor
cover (6) and secure with
four lockwashers (5), and four
screws (4).
g. Install breather tube (3).
h. Connect stop and throttle
control. cables (2), and
control rod (1).
ADJUSTMENT
5. Governor
a. With the engine at operating
(gap adjusted)
temperature, and stopped,
remove the two attaching
bolts (1), and withdraw the
governor high speed spring
retainer cover (2).
