Motor
Dry cleaning solvent, P-D-680, used to clean parts, is potentially
dangerous to personnel and property. Avoid repeated or prolonged skin
contact. Do not use near open flame or excessive heat. Flash point of
solvent is 100 -138 (3859 ).

Clean metal parts in P-D-680,
and dry thoroughly.
Wear protective eye goggles when using compressed air to prevent eye
injury. Do not exceed 15 PSI.
b.
Blow out all passages with
compressed air to remove
any dirt or other matter.
INSPECTION

Pinion Gear Housing (3).
Motor
Visually check housing for
cracks or other damage.
Examine bearing (30) for
damage or wear.
