Inspect housing for cracks.

Inspect actuator housing,
poppet valve, and solenoid
body for nicks, burrs, cracks,
or other visible damage.
c.
Inspect spring for loss of
tension or cracked coils.
d.
Inspect control screw for
stripped or crossed threads.
e.
Inspect ball valve for nicks,
burrs, or flat spots.
REPAIR
8.
a.
Replace "O" ring seals and
gaskets.
b.
Replace other defective parts
as required.
