Hand Pump
a. Install valve and piping
(7) to pump (5).
b. Position pump (5) in place
on mounting plate (6).
c. Secure with four lockwashers
(4) and bolts (3).
NOTE
Make sure the lines and fittings are clean before any connections are
made. With the exception of the thread nearest the open end, sealant
must be applied in a small amount to ONLY the male threads. Never
apply sealant to the female threads. Work the sealant into the threads
and wipe off the excess with a clean, lint-free cloth so that the sealant
will not be washed into the system.
d. Install hydraulic lines
Remove caps.
(2 and 1).

Accumulator
Open accumulator on
Valve
applicable hull number.
