DISASSEMBLY
DISASSEMBLE PUMP
a.
Separate pump housing (1) from motor (2)
(refer to para 4-28).
b.
Remove six screws (3) from pump cover (4),
remove cover (4) and gasket (5).
c.
Remove wear plates (6), impeller (7), cam
ring (8) and pump spacer (9).
d.
Remove lip seal (10), retaining ring (11), felt
oiler (12) and shaft flinger (13) from pump
housing (1).
