DISASSEMBLY

1. DISASSEMBLE BILGE PUMP.

a. Remove drain plugs (1) and drain housing (2) of

any residual water.

b. Remove four capscrews (3) and lockwashers

(4) holding the pump adapter (5) to the pedestal

(6).

c. Loosen two bolts (7) in the clamps (8).

d. Remove six studs (9), nuts (10) and

lockwashers (11) holding the adapter (5) to the

housing (2), remove housing (2) and gasket

(12).
