DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLE LOCKING CYLINDER

a. Remove locknut (1) and rod wiper (2) from

piston rod (3). Discard wiper.

b. Remove four retainer plate bolts (4), and

retainer plate (5).

c. Remove rod gland (6), and rod gland OD seal

(7). Discard glands and seals.

d. Remove tie bolts (8), and separate cap (9) from

barrel (10).

Remove barrel (10) from head (12).

Withdraw piston rod assembly (3), with piston

(13) attached.
