Compressed Air
Low oil level.
Subsystem
Air Compressors
Check oil level. Maintain
high and low level
marks on bayonet gauge.
CAUTION
Do not overfill or equipment
damage may occur.
Check for oil leaks.
Class III
leaks.
Perform an overall visual
inspection and ensure safety
guards are in place.
Check for any unusual noise or
vibration.
Air Receivers
Check air receivers for
moisture accumulation by
slightly opening drain valve.
Drain until water no longer
comes out valve.
Compressed Air
Check for air leaks
Piping System
Check safety valves for proper
operation.
Check drop legs and traps in
air distribution system for
moisture and sediment
accumulation.
AIR RCVR
Gauge should read 200 psi.
Pressure
NO 2 PRESS Gauge
greater than
200 or less
than 180 psi.
