whether mechanism has adequate
cranking speed and whether it
engages and disengages without
unusual noise when the control
is operated. Set throttle so
that the engine will run at
normal warmup speed until
prescribed operating tempera-
ture is reached. If the oil
pressure gauges do not indicate
the proper pressure as specified
within 30 seconds, stop the
engine.
