WARRING
Care must be taken when working around
k n i f e . It is razor sharp.
REMOVAL
a.
Unplug slicer electrical cord from electrical receptacle.
Turn slice adjusting knob (1) clockwise as far as it will go.
b.
Remove electric meat slicing machine.
c.
REPAIR
Repair at this level of maintenance is by replacement of electric meat slicing
machine components. Refer to paragraph 2-61 through 2-67.
REPLACEMENT
Replace electric meat slicing machine.
a.
Make sure slicer power switch is OFF.
b.
Plug slicer electrical cord into electrical receptacle.
c.
Change 1
