switchboard OFF, locked out, and
tagged "Out of Service - Do Not
Operate."
Materials/Parts
All switchboard circuit breakers OFF.
Rotary Switches P/N 16SB13P3T,
P/N 16SB1CG30
Circuit breaker P/N TJJ436300 with
under voltage release, P/N TJKUVA1-
LS
Warning tags, Item 1, Appendix C
Electrocution, serious injury, or equipment
damage can result from contact with live
e l e c t r i c a l circuits. Before beginning work
on electrical systems, ensure electrical
power is OFF, locked out and tagged to
prevent turn on during maintenance.
NOTE
Circuit breakers may have internally mounted
and factory installed accessories.
