A/C motor (with brake) P/N YMD 5225

Plain unit bearing P/N YMD-5222

Winch repair kit P/N YMD-4888R

REMOVAL

a. Disconnect power cable; refer to para 2-131 .

b. Remove hexagon capscrews (9), lockwashers (10), and plain hexagon nuts (11) .

c. Remove winch assembly from crane assembly.

DISASSEMBLY

a. Remove hexagon capscrews (5), lockwashers (6), and plain washers (7).

b. Loosen hexagon capscrews (13) and lockwashers (14).

c. Lift drum (12) and remove plain unit bearing (8).

d. Remove hexagon capscrews (16) and lockwashers (17) attaching coupling guard (15).

e. Remove coupling (18).

Remove key (4).

g. Remove hexagon capscrews (2) and lockwashers (3).
