REPAIR

TM 55-1905-223-24-3

Remove the electric governor actuator (1, Figure 3-16).

(1)

Remove the three capscrews (1, Figure 3-20).

(2)

Pull the actuator (2) from the fuel pump (9) body while twisting slowly in a clockwise direction.

(3)

Remove the preformed packing (3, 4).

(4)

Remove the machine thread plug (5) and remove the seal (6), helical compression spring (7), and fluid

filter element (8) from the top of the fuel pump body (9).
