MBLY

a. Clean the cylinder head assembly.

b. Put the cylinder head in the head holding fixture or an equivalent tool to hold the cylinder

head during disassembly.

c. Use the valve spring compressor stand and the valve spring compressor plate to

compress the valve springs (Figure 4-7).
