WARNING
When loading or unloading IBC on uneven ground (sides slope or downgrades up to 10
degrees), it may be necessary to apply vehicle service brakes to prevent vehicle from
rolling away. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel.
Check for overhead power lines or other obstructions before attempting LHS operation.
LHS reaches a height of 20 feet (6.1 m) with IBC. Failure to comply may result in serious
injury or death to personnel.
Trailer wheels must be chocked during transfer operations. Failure to comply may result
in serious injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
The amount of time to load is controlled by engine speed. Engine speed can be increased to
approximately 1500 rpm to reduce loading time.

Move joystick (Figure 4, Item 11) to UNLOAD until IBC rollers (Figure 4, Item 12) contact trailer (Figure 4, Item
13).
9.
Release the joystick (Figure 4, Item 11).
10.
Inspect and verify trailer guides (Figure 4, Item 14) are lined up between inboard surfaces of IBC roller brackets
(Figure 4, Item 15).
NOTE
If trailer guides are not between IBC rollers, perform Step (11). If trailer guides are aligned,
proceed to Step (12).
11.
If trailer guides (Figure 4, Item 14) are not between IBC rollers (Figure 4, Item 12):
a.
Move joystick (Figure 4, Item 11) to LOAD.
b.
When the IBC is fully reloaded, release joystick (Figure 4, Item 11). Reposition vehicle to line up with
trailer.
c.
Repeat Steps (1) through (10).
12.
Move joystick (Figure 5, Item 11) to UNLOAD until IBC rollers (Figure 5, Item 12) contact rear trailers stops
(Figure 5, Item 16) and IBC frame is seated on trailer.
