Install arc welding machine onto deck mounted studs.
a.
Install and tighten nuts (2). torque to 100 ft-lbs (135.6 Nm).
b.

Connect welding leads (1).
Install power cable from bulkhead terminal box.
d.
Connect water and gas connections (3).
e.
f.
Open water and gas valves.
Remove tag and turn on electrical power at the ships service switchboard.
g.
Arc Welder.
