OFF, locked out, and tagged out IAW FM

All oily water collection system valves CLOSED
REMOVAL--STRAINER
1.
Disconnect the hose (1) from the strainer (2).
2.
Unscrew the strainer (2) from the nipple (3) and elbow (4).
3.
If the nipple (3) came off with the strainer (2), remove the nipple from the strainer.
