WARNING
Roller bracket must be supported while removing shoulder screw or roller bracket may fall.
Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel.

Remove capscrew (Figure 1, Item 11), two washers (Figure 1, Item 12), and locknut (Figure 1, Item 13) from
outboard non-threaded angle bracket (Figure 1, Item 14). Discard locknut.
6.
Holding roller bracket (Figure 1, Item 8) in place, remove shoulder screw (Figure 1, Item 15), lockwasher (Figure
1, Item 16), two thrust washers (Figure 1, Item 17), bearing sleeve (Figure 1, Item 18), and roller bracket (Figure
1, Item 8) from inboard threaded angle bracket (Figure 1, Item 19). Discard lockwasher.
7.
Remove capscrew (Figure 1, Item 20), two washers (Figure 1, Item 21), locknut (Figure 1, Item 22), and inboard
threaded angle bracket (Figure 1, Item 19) from IBC frame (Figure 1, Item 23). Discard locknut.

NOTE
Both left and right front roller assemblies are assembled in the same way. Left side is
shown.
Lightly coat inner, outer, or lower bearing sleeves with GAA grease to help ease
installation.
Perform Steps (6) and (7) only if only rollers were removed.
1.
Install inboard threaded angle bracket (Figure 2, Item 19) to IBC frame (Figure 2, Item 23) with capscrew
(Figure 2, Item 20) two washers (Figure 2, Item 21), and locknut (Figure 2, Item 22).
