Using caution when working with toluene. Toluene is a flammable and poisonous
solvent. Do not use near sparks or flame. Use outdoors or provide adequate
ventilation. Use in a confined space can cause loss of consciousness and in
extreme concentrations, death. Wipe up all spills immediately. Remove toluene
soaked towels from the work area to reduce the concentration of toluene in the air
and prevent fire. Minimize contact of toluene with the skin. Never leave toluene
soaked towels on boat fabric.
