Set HIGH IDLE switch (Figure 5, Item 11) to ON.
18.
Install bail bar lock (Figure 5, Item 17) on LHS hook (Figure 5, Item 13) with pin (Figure 5, Item 18) and lockpin
(Figure 5, Item 19).
WARNING
When NO TRANSIT indicator is illuminated, vehicle may be maneuvered in the immediate
vicinity of the loading/unloading site. However, vehicle is unsafe for road travel. Do not
perform open-road driving when NO TRANSIT indicator is illuminated. Failure to comply may
result in serious injury or death to personnel and damage to equipment.

Continue loading IBC from trailer until NO TRANSIT indicator (Figure 5, Item 20) goes out indicating LHS is in
transportation position.
20.
Set HIGH IDLE switch (Figure 5, Item 11) to OFF.
21.
Push in PARKING BRAKE control (Figure 5, Item 1) or release service brake pedal (Figure 5, Item 2).
22.
Set transmission range selector (Figure 5, Item 3) to D (drive) and move vehicle forward approximately 5 ft.
(1.53 m).
23.
Inspect IBC frame to ensure two IBC locking tabs (Figure 6, Item 21) are engaged in transport frame (Figure
6, Item 22).
