CAUTION
Do not position PTO ENGAGE switch to ON with HIGH IDLE switch ON. Engaging the
PTO with HIGH IDLE switch ON may result in sudden application of hydraulic pressure
to the LHS. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
PTO ENGAGE switch must be positioned OFF before road transport. Failure to comply
may result in damage to equipment.
6.
Set PTO ENGAGE switch (Figure 4, Item 8) to ON position. Indicator light (Figure 4, Item 9) will illuminate.
WARNING
When loading or unloading IBC on uneven ground (sides slope or downgrades up to 10
degrees), it may be necessary to apply vehicle service brakes to prevent vehicle from rolling
away. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel.
7.
Move joystick (Figure 4, Item 10) to UNLOAD until IBC rollers (Figure 4, Item 11) contact trailer.
8.
Release joystick (Figure 4, Item 10).
9.
Inspect and verify trailer guides (Figure 4, Item 12) are lined up between inboard surfaces of IBC roller brackets
(Figure 4, Item 13).
NOTE
If trailer guides are not between IBC rollers, perform Step (10). If trailer guides are between
IBC rollers, proceed to Step (11).
10.
If trailer guides are not between IBC rollers:
a.
Move joystick (Figure 4, Item 10) to LOAD.
b.
When IBC is fully reloaded, release joystick (Figure 4, Item 10). Reposition vehicle to line up with trailer.
c.
Repeat Steps (1) through (9).
CAUTION
Visually check hook arm cylinders have fully extended. Failure to comply may result in
damage to theequipment.
Ensure hook arm cylinders do not complete full extension while operating at engine
speeds above idle. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Overload warning light will come on when hook arm cylinders are fully extended and joystick
is activated.
11.
Move joystick (Figure 5, Item 10) to UNLOAD and hold until hook arm cylinders are fully extended.
