NOTE
Do not move vehicle forward more than 3 inches (76.2 cm) to prevent IBC from pulling away
from trailer stops.

Set transmission range selector (Figure 7, Item 4) to D (drive), move vehicle forward approximately 3 inches
(76.2 cm), and apply service brake pedal (Figure 7, Item 19).
28.
Move joystick (Figure 7, Item 10) to UNLOAD to allow top of LHS hook arm (Figure 7, Item 18) to clear IBC
bail bar (Figure 7, Item 20).
29.
Move vehicle forward approximately 5 feet (1.52 m).
30.
Pull out PARKING BRAKE control (Figure 7, Item 3) and set transmission range selector (Figure 7, Item 4) to
N (neutral).
WARNING
When NO TRANSIT indicator is illuminated, vehicle may be maneuvered in the immediate
vicinity of the loading/unloading site. However, vehicle is unsafe for road travel. Do not
perform open-road driving when NO TRANSIT indicator is illuminated. Failure to comply may
result in serious injury or death to personnel and damage to equipment.
CAUTION
Engine speed must be at idle prior to using LHS MODE SELECT switch. Failure to comply
may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Overload warning light will come on when main frame cylinders are fully extended or fully
retracted and joystick is being activated.

Move joystick (Figure 7, Item 10) to LOAD and hold until main frame cylinders are fully retracted.
32.
Turn LHS MODE SELECT switch (Figure 7, Item 7) to MAN HOOK ARM.
NOTE
Overload warning light will come on when hook arm cylinders are fully extended or retracted
and joystick is being activated.
33.
Hold joystick (Figure 7, Item 10) in LOAD until LHS hook arm cylinder is fully retracted.
