CAUTION
Engine speed must be at idle prior to using LHS MODE SELECT switch. Failure to comply
may result in damage to equipment.

Release joystick (Figure 2, Item 10) and return LHS MODE SELECT switch (Figure 2, Item 9) to MAN MAIN
FRAME.

Set HIGH IDLE switch (Figure 2, Item 11) to OFF position.

Move joystick (Figure 2, Item 10) to UNLOAD and hold until hook arm (Figure 2, Item 12) has moved below
level at IBC bail bar (Figure 2, Item 13).

Set transmission range selector (Figure 2, Item 6) to R (reverse) and release service brake pedal (Figure 2,
Item 14). Back up vehicle until hook arm (Figure 2, Item 12) contacts IBC bail bar (Figure 2, Item 13).
12.
Pull out PARKING BRAKE control (Figure 2, Item 5) and set transmission range selector (Figure 2, Item 6) to
N (neutral).
CAUTION
Both trailer bumper points must be under vehicle bumper stop flange and at least one bumper
point must contact bumper stop. Trailer bumper point not contacting vehicle bumper stop
cannot exceed 1/2 inch (12.7cm) or IBC will miss main rail guides. Failure to comply may
result in damage to equipment.

Ensure trailer bumper (Figure 3, Item 15) is under flange of vehicle bumper stop (Figure 3, Item 16).

Move joystick (Figure 4, Item 10) to LOAD and engage LHS hook arm (Figure 4, Item 12) into IBC bail bar
(Figure 4, Item 13).
