Install spring (Figure 2, Item 3) and latch (Figure 2, Item 4) on eye hook (Figure 2, Item 5) with latch bolt (Figure
2, Item 2) and locknut (Figure 2, Item 1. Ensure latch works freely.

Install large end of double clevis (Figure 2, Item 8) on eye hook (Figure 2, Item 5) with large double clevis pin
(Figure 2, Item 10) and cotter pin (Figure 2, Item 7).

Install small end of double clevis (Figure 2, Item 8) on load binder (Figure 2, Item 11) with small double clevis
pin (Figure 2, Item 9) and cotter pin (Figure 2, Item 6).
