Install collar (Figure 3, Item 2) on headed straight pin (Figure 3, Item 3).

Secure collar (Figure 3, Item 2) on headed straight pin (Figure 3, Item 3) with spring pin (Figure 3, Item 1).
NOTE
Perform Steps (4) and (5) if straight pin assemblies are damaged.
4.
Manufacture wire rope (Figure 3, Item 7) and install on retaining ring (Figure 3, Item 8) per (WP 0035). Finished
length is 16 inches (40.64 cm).
5.
Spread ring pin (Figure 3, Item 6) apart and install on wire rope (Figure 3, Item 7).

WARNING
IBC roller assembly must be supported while installing straight pin assemblies or roller
assembly may fall. Failure to comply may result in serious injury to personnel.
NOTE
Both the left and right IBC roller assemblies are installed the same way. Right side is shown.

Holding roller assembly (Figure 4, Item 3) in place, install two straight pin assemblies (Figure 4, Item 2) in roller
assembly (Figure 4, Item 3) and IBC frame (Figure 4, Item 4).
