FLOOR RUNNERS AND STRAPS. (Figure 2-11). The floor runners are moveable attachment
points for securing equipment to the rigid flooring system. They are movable forward and aft along the
flooring by pulling up on the spring-loaded ring. They may be secured by releasing the ring, which allows
a pin to drop into the holes in the rigid flooring channels. Each floor runner has an eye that will accept a
1/4 inch diameter line or the hooks on the runner strap.
