b. Keel Valve Base Nut. Gently tighten the keel valve base nut using the collar nut spanner
as shown in Figure 2-6. Do not over-tighten.

c. CO2 Inlet Valve Base Nuts. The CO2 inlet valves are located on the inboard surface of the
main buoyancy tube forward of the transom: one port, one starboard. Gently tighten the CO2 inlet valve
base nuts using the collar nut spanner as shown in Figure 2-7. Do not over-tighten.
