5.
Turn LHS MODE SELECT switch (Figure 4, Item 10) to AUTO.
CAUTION
Do not position PTO ENGAGE switch to ON with HIGH IDLE switch ON. Engaging the
PTO with HIGH IDLE switch ON may result in sudden application of hydraulic pressure
to the LHS. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
PTO ENGAGE switch must be positioned OFF before road transport. Failure to comply
may result in damage to equipment.
6.
Set PTO ENGAGE switch (Figure 4, Item 11) to ON position. Indicator light (Figure 4, Item 12) will illuminate.
7.
Set HIGH IDLE switch (Figure 4, Item 13) to ON position.
CAUTION
Dragging the IBC on the ground may cause damage to the boat keel. To prevent keel damage,
place keel bumper protector between ground and keel. Failure to comply may result in
damage to the equipment.
8.
Move joystick (Figure 4, Item 14) to UNLOAD and hold to automatically start unloading the IBC.
9.
Release joystick (Figure 4, Item 14) when keel (Figure 4, Item 15) is approximately 1 ft. (30 cm ) from ground.
10.
Place keel bumper protector (Figure 4, Item 16), stowed on IBC, between keel (Figure 4, Item 15) and ground
approximately 16-18 inches (40.64-45.72 cm) from front of push knees (Figure 4, Item 17).
NOTE
Dashboard parking brake indicator will go out when PARKING BRAKE control is released.
11.
Push in PARKING BRAKE control (Figure 4, Item 3) and release service brake (Figure 4, Item 4).
NOTE
If keel touches ground, stop unloading operations and reposition keel bumper protector.
12.
Move the joystick (Figure 4, Item 14) to UNLOAD position and hold until front end of boat (Figure 4, Item 6)
contacts keel bumper protector (Figure 4, Item 16) or IBC skid plate (Figure 4, Item 18) contacts ground.
