NOTE
Both left and right load binder cable assemblies are installed the same way. Left side is shown.
1.
Install chain shackle (Figure 2, Item 4) in loop of load binder (Figure 2, Item 5).

Install chain shackle (Figure 2, Item 4) to IBC frame (Figure 2, Item 6) with bolt (Figure 2, Item 2) and nut
(Figure 2, Item 3).

Hook eye hook (Figure 2, Item 1) on bridge erection boat.
