OPERATION
WARNING
The stanchion poles weigh 60 lbs. (27 kg) each and require two personnel to remove or install
them from their pockets. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Remove two stanchion poles from pockets on the upstream side of the IBC.
1.
While assistant holds the stanchion pole (Figure 1, Item 1), remove ring pin (Figure 1, Item 2) from straight pin
(Figure 1, Item 3). Remove straight pin (Figure 1, Item 3).

Repeat Step 1 for second stanchion pole.
3.
Lift and remove two stanchion poles (Figure 1, Item 1) from their pockets (Figure 1, Item 4) and place into
storage bracket (Figure 1, Item 5). Secure with two straps (Figure 1, Item 6).
